Needed 2 rear tires. I contacted Repair Pal and was provided a list of locations to select from, I chose University Tires & Body, my choice was the first that I selected. I scheduled an appointment, met and was greeted and treated professionally. I was very comfortable with time spent to answer my questions and provided information in order to make my tire decision. With the 15 point check an issue was found that 2 days prior at a different location an 86 point check was performed but not found, needless to say I was surprised. I have scheduled another appointment at University to resolve the issue found.
