We brought our 2015 Kia Optima in off a AAA tow with a seriously damaged front driver tire. Javier at University told us the car also had an oil leak. I called our usual mechanic to discuss towing the car to him, then Javier told me University could do the work on the leak and give the car a 50 point courtesy inspection. A lot deferred maintenance was found as this is our son’s car. So beside the great deal on tires, all the maintenance was done as well as replacement of a damaged splash guard. Javier referred us to Eric when he had his days off. Eric oversaw the completion of the job. Everything was done in a timely and efficient fashion. We loved the texting systems that provides invoices for approval as well as accepts payment. The customer service we received was exemplary. How fortunate we feel still that our Kia was delivered to this outstanding service group. Me and my family couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you to the whole team at University Tire & Auto.
