Very professional and helpful, satisfied with work, also thankful for them awaring me what was needed to make my car perform better.

I went in to have my suspension checked due to noise. I was helped by a young man (Diamonte??) that was very friendly and professional. He explained the cost to have my suspension checked and what that service included. He told me a time and the inspection was done in that time. He then explained the results and went over the repair costs, financing options, and how long the repairs would take. Everything was on point and I really felt respected and valued. Only improvement that could have been better is a more detailed cost breakdown on my estimate. Instead of just a general price, it would be good to have the exact part name and number for a price comparison. I will be going back and I feel like this place is honest and thorough.

Our company vehicles get serviced at University Tires. They always provide great service at reasonable prices. I always deal with Ash the store manager. He takes his time to explain the service that needs to be performed. He always goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Thank you! University tires for a job well done!

I needed my tires switched and balanced. I arrived when they opened at 8am and was greeted by a young lady who gave me the price quote and took me right in. Job took about 45 minutes. Before releasing the car the technician checked the fluids on his own and brought it out to me. This was my first time there and I was very satisfied with their professionalism, friendliness, and competence. I would go there again. Harold T.

I have a lifetime alignment with university tire. Because I own a limousine service I’m driving every day and I’m able to get my alignment checked at least once a month to make sure that my alignment and my tires are in excellent condition. The service I get from university Tire is great. I share with everyone in this industry that I’m in about the great service I received from university tire.

I would like to disclose that the company performed the task to completion. The repair was completed and in a timely fashion, earlier than expected. However, unfortunately the customer service tarnished my experience while at the establishment. The inferior service was most salient about my experience. I paid a majority of the payment via card and 20% in cash. One of the bills did not successfully pass their machine verification and the agent returned explaining that he could not take the money. This was done without using the marker to detect if it was authentic. I am positive the money was real because it was deposited from the bank. The main reason it left a bad impression was because I was being treated as if I was using counterfeit money, when I wasn’t. It felt like it was an attack on my character. Overall, while the service was completed, customer service is also essential.

I needed a battery check because I felt it would be soon before I needed a replacement and didn't want to get stuck somewhere. John was very professional in answering my questions. Turned out battery was getting low and was replaced in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service even though I thought the price would be just a tad lower. Other than that, service and professionalism get a 10.
