Fast and efficient. I’ve been going here for general maintenance for my Nissan Sentra for 3 years and they’re always friendly and ready to answer questions. It’s a bit pricey, but I’d rather go somewhere where everyone is nice than somewhere cheaper but without the great service they provide here. Really enjoy the service used to communicate service and inspection results where they share pictures and videos of your vehicle. Staff and Shop Manager were all extremely nice, professional and helpful. I set some parameters timeline wise due to having to leave town the next day and they were able to turn around the work same day. Definitely will return for more services.

Had issues with a Hybrid battery in a Prius that the shop was able to expedite service and return to me same day. Ash, the Shop Manager was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. Really appreciate the system they use to show the inspection results. Plan on using them again and highly recommend to anyone in the LA area.
