I’ll start by saying this is the most Wallet friendly and wonderful guest service I’ve experienced within a auto service shop. Ashley was a big help. He definitely took initiative and helped me understand what needs to be replaced immediately and what can wait a bit longer so that I’m not spending a bunch of money all at once not only did he keep my car to run through what needs to be checked on before he gave me an estimate, but he also made sure that I was comfortable and knew everything about my car. I had gone somewhere else before I came here and they immediately gave me an estimate without inspecting my vehicle. The estimate was 1.7 K for 3 things but the estimate here for about 5 to 6 things that were fixed was only $800.

Deonte was easy to work with and stayed professional the whole time. He kept information accurate, followed through on what he said, and made sure nothing got missed along the way.

Got an oil change using the Triple A discount and was not disappointed! I made the appointment online, the night before when they were closed, showed up and waited while they serviced my car and they had me out in about 40 minutes which was great. They use a neat website that allows you to see what they’re checking in your car, and you can approve/decline any services they’re recommending which made it easy to see what I would need done in the future. I’ll definitely be back!

University Tire & Auto Services saved my car and in doing so, saved my life as well. My car has serious problems with starting. My car has left me stranded twice and has failed in being reliable countless times. I took my car here to get it checked out. They pinpointed exactly what the problem was in my car. Turns out my fuel pump went bad. They changed out my fuel pump and now my car starts every time. I can't thank these guys enough for helping me out. 100/5 stars!
