I brought my car in for an oil change. They recommended thousands of dollars of repairs to my car. One recommendation was to replace my battery. I had a new battery installed in my car the day before. Also, they returned my car very dirty. Had to take it to a gas station and squeegee the windshields multiple times. Would have taken it to a carwash if I had the time.
Went in as a walk-in, I was greeted and helped by Martin right away, told him about my window issue, they found what was wrong and I came back the next day to get it fixed, I believe I paid a reasonable price for it. would recommend 👍🏽

I went in to have my suspension checked due to noise. I was helped by a young man (Diamonte??) that was very friendly and professional. He explained the cost to have my suspension checked and what that service included. He told me a time and the inspection was done in that time. He then explained the results and went over the repair costs, financing options, and how long the repairs would take. Everything was on point and I really felt respected and valued. Only improvement that could have been better is a more detailed cost breakdown on my estimate. Instead of just a general price, it would be good to have the exact part name and number for a price comparison. I will be going back and I feel like this place is honest and thorough.
Our company vehicles get serviced at University Tires. They always provide great service at reasonable prices. I always deal with Ash the store manager.
