I would like to disclose that the company performed the task to completion. The repair was completed and in a timely fashion, earlier than expected. However, unfortunately the customer service tarnished my experience while at the establishment. The inferior service was most salient about my experience. I paid a majority of the payment via card and 20% in cash. One of the bills did not successfully pass their machine verification and the agent returned explaining that he could not take the money. This was done without using the marker to detect if it was authentic. I am positive the money was real because it was deposited from the bank. The main reason it left a bad impression was because I was being treated as if I was using counterfeit money, when I wasn’t. It felt like it was an attack on my character. Overall, while the service was completed, customer service is also essential.
