I went in to purchase 2 new tires and get them balanced and mounted. The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, she let me know the status of my wait time when there were people in front of me, and even remembered me from when I called previously. The service was very quick and everyone was professional. Definitely going back for any of my auto needs.

The folks at University Tire and Auto Service are very professional and courteous. They communicate with you every step of the way (by phone or text), and they do not pressure you into any unnecessary purchases. They resolve your issues quickly and their prices are usually lower than dealership service departments.

I do a lot on my car myself but these guys are reasonable priced and quick. I check all the quotes with my dad who is a michanic and they're fairly priced.

The team was incredibly helpful, flexible, professional, thorough, and efficient. John and his team were very understanding of my circumstances, and they worked tirelessly to ensure that I could return back to the Bay Area on time. Though the task of repairing and repainting the left side of my car was time-consuming and difficult, they were able to finish ahead of schedule and did a great enough job that there was no visible difference between before and after the collision. Overall, extremely pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend anyone who needs any sort of auto or body needs to come here.

I trust University Tire & Auto wholly and completely. John, Diante, and Al are forthright, honest, considerate, and approachable. The work they’ve done for me over the past seven years has always been top notch, they have frequently gone out of their way to provide exceptional service, and going to a mechanic staffed by people you have faith in is pretty much priceless. I will continue to be a loyal customer. One recent example: at 55,000 miles, the computer system in my Honda started to give out, due to excess moisture getting into it, of all things. The cost to replace the necessary parts: $1,500. Al and John went out of their way to contact Honda dealers in the area to see if the vehicle qualified for the California extended emissions warranty, as the vehicle was out of both engine warranty and powertrain warranty. Long story short: they took my Honda to a reputable dealer while I was on vacation (!!!) and got the work completely covered. My car is fixed, I paid nothing, and they most definitely provided service that was intensely above and beyond what was necessary. Let's just say I'll be going back.

Jayleen and Deonte were absolutely amazing ! I’m so sorry if I spelled their names wrong. But this dynamic duo saved my day twice ! I came in very close to the end of business and they both helped me and provided recommendations on what to do if I had any troubles. They welcomed me to come back the next morning if needed. I had my car towed to this location and they coordinated my service swiftly while I was at work and had my car fixed within hours. I am still amazed. Thank you so much! The best auto repair facility in Los Angeles hands down. Service is top notch and prices are the best. They are very knowledgeable about their craft. I will have all of my future auto repairs done by them.
