Fast, Friendly Service got all my breaks/rotors done an oil change and more and it was all done in a timely manner! Will be back when needing more things done!

My car was towed here per recommendation of my insurance company. I needed 2 new tires and they were able to provide me with the brand I needed, fast. They also did a complimentary alignment on my car to ensure the tires would wear properly. Friendly and fast service!

Over all pretty good , staff is super friendly and polite , prices are excellent , But somehow took 4 hours for an oil change, would totally go back if they don’t take that long for an oil change :)

The service was great. Staff were knowledgable and friendly. My only issue was being (what I feel is) overcharged for a part. I paid almost $180 for a lightbulb that cost $100 in AutoZone. Yes, compared to the dealership, the part is cheaper. Next time, I know to bring my own part(s) if possible and just pay for service. I will definitely go back to get my car serviced again in the future.

Had a slow leak in my tire which caused it to go flat. Brought my care to University Tire and they were very professional and fix my tire in less than 40 minutes. Couldn't ask for anymore than that. I definitely will go back for service here.

I got a flat about a block away from here on MLK day and AAA was going to charge me $90 to just change my spare tire(I had already used up my 4 services for the year😳). Luckily I remembered there was a tire shop down the street and was able to get my tire replaced with roadside warranty for just a little over that. The owner John and his staff went out of their way to assist me in saving me money and found an alternative way to safely get my vehicle to their facility without having to get a tow. I greatly appreciate the time they took to assist me and find the other option for me even though they were very busy on that holiday. I would greatly recommend this facility for their amazing customer service and cost. Thank you again☺
