Great job done on my car. They listened and acted on any concerns I had. I put my trust in the working crew.

They were super friendly and took my car in right away for speedy service! My only complaint was that I had to keep following up with them to find out when I could pick up my car again.

They were great! I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon needing new brakes and they had it completed within a few hours.

I love University Tire!!! Deante(sp?) and John are great!! I purchased several the lifetime alignment package and, even though I don't go every 6 months I go and I get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Called ahead for an alignment and said they could do it . Arrived and guy looked at me stupid . Said my issue couldn’t be fixed with an alignment . Took it to another shop and fixed my issue with an ALIGNMENT .

Nearly 2 weeks it has been since I've left my car with them. I appreciate their service, but they've had my car for entirely too long. Al has not been consistent with working on my car with a sense of urgency, especially knowing that I need it for work. I work 7 days a week and I've been using Uber for nearly 2 weeks. I live about 60 miles away and I have not been updated daily. I am ready to pay and have my car worked on by a faster mechanic team. That 4.6 rating is misleading as I have been very patient up until now!

Good price, took exactly as long as they said it would(1.5hr for alignment). Costco discount is a plus.
