I ran over a bag of trash in the freeway about 4pm Friday, denting the right bumper; stopped in at Avenue and the boss looked at it and said "you can replace the bumper for $1200 or we can attach it again for you and for $200, and I can do it now before we close." I was home and glass of wine in hand, with what could have been a slow and expensive repair fixed and looking almost normal, by 6pm. Didn't have to ruminate on it over the weekend, done.

I took my car here last week because someone thought it would be cool to walk down my street hitting side mirrors off cars. Noe and his daughter were very helpful and friendly and Noe helped me save money by telling me that he could just replace the glass in the mirror and reattach it to my car instead of buying a whole new mirror which costs hundreds of dollars.

University Tire & Auto Service in Van Ness is the BEST in The City if not in all of California. Noe , the owner is truly a professional. No need to go some place else. I personally would go back anytime any of my cars need body work.

Wonderful service - Diante and a tall slender guy - both exceptional service - I busted one of the entire new tires less than an hour after I bought them - something cut it really bad - I was sooo upset - Diante (spelling?) sent someone to me to put the donut on - I went back to the shop and Diante replaced it with a new tire no charge - I couldnt really afford the price but I needed them so I financed the rest!!! pay it off in 100 days and no finance charge! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The factory roof rack of my Subaru Outback was damaged during a car accident, and I called these guys to help assess the cost of damage. I did not get my car fixed here, but when I called, they were very helpful and recommended I call a different body shop with expertise in this area to repair the damage.

This place was awesome... made an appointment. Was serviced at my appointment time and was given excellent customer service. The tech that was servicing my truck took the time to keep me updated. Will definitely go back.

On a sunday morning i noticed my brakes were weak, this was the only place i found open, i gave them a call, the gentleman i spoke with was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, once there i believe i spoke to the same person, overall excellent experience from him, if it was only for another gentleman who didn't care enough to give a good customer experience, but overall great. i left for lunch and he said he would shoot me a text when it was ready, i never got any notifications and after a few hours i returned to learn my car had been finish not long after i had left. After a very dry apology i was on my way. if i wasn't in a rush i would have not mind. Great place, i recommend, i would have five 5 stars if it wasn't for what i previously explained.

Cant speak highly enough of Stacey, the man knows his stuff! Hes super knowledgeable and very friendly. He takes the time to speak with you and tell you in detail exactly what's going on and all your choices. Hes very honest and never pushy.
