The crew was professional and prompt with the repairs. I received text alerts at various stages which made me feel like I was a priority for them. My car looks great, they definitely went above and beyond. I will be coming back for any future repairs.

University Tire & Auto Service absolutely gives top notch service. I had to bring my car in to be repaired after an accident and they took care of everything and helped me out with the car rental and my insurance company. Peter, Aaron, and Johnny were so professional and helpful. The entire crew at University Tire & Auto Service is friendly and professional. They explain everything in detail from start to finish and keep you informed of the progress. I highly recommend them!

Took my car in on Sunday , I was the first car In. I had some leaks in my engine. The gasket was leaking as well as my car was misfiring. I have an old car 2007 Chrysler that hasn’t had much big work done to it from its last owner, I saw the reviews with university tire online and decided to give it a shot. I wanted my car to be touched by real professionals and I wanted the job to be done quickly. Which university succeeded in doing so. I Took my car in at 8:00 am and it was done by 2:30 pm. The great thing about going to this place is they actually care about your car , they give you suggestions on what you should up keep to keep your car running beautifully. If you’ve already gotten what they suggested to your car repaired then you’re already one step ahead. I was helped , listened to and service was quick and my car is running beautifully. The only thing is ... it’s expensive , but hey I like the finer things anyways, and you pay for the service you want. Any other mechanic would’ve kept my car for three four days. Thanks y’all !

My BMW was vandalized. Someone took a Bowie knife straight down my passenger door. Since I have insurance I was looking for the best job for my i3. It has a plastic no dent skin that must be BMW approved for repair. Peter Pan BMW does not do body work so they referred me to University Tire & Auto Service

Without hesitation I highly recommend this place! Genuine people who are honest and down-to-earth. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of in everyway. I called in and ordered a sideview mirror for my car, which was ready and waiting the next day! I arrived without an appointment and they immediately put someone to work on my car while I waited. As a courtsey they even washed and vaccumed my car, touched up a dent I had, and helped me back out as I left! Finally, the price was nearly half of what the dealership wanted just for the part! Noe, Olga, and Jani rock! I will never visit another body shop again.
