I always have a great experience with these guys. Professional, quick, very transparent. They’re our go-to service center for all our cars.

I had walked in to ask for price and they were able to help me out without my car being there. The guys at the front were friendly and informative and quoted me $450 when at Toyota they were asking for $633 for tires and alignment. Obviously I went with this establishment and the price was only a bit different from original quote and they were super professional. They also informed me that I didn't need the alignment that Toyota was pushing. I would definitely come back here and recommend to others.

I thought they were really fantastic, upfront and professional. I would go back to them again. My only suggestion is that management provide the employees with protective masks while we're in the midst of the pandemic. They're providing an essential service and have to deal with a lot of people. They deserve protection too.

University tire and Auto how does sheer desperation trying to get my oil change after the previous mechanic screwed up the job they were able to handle getting the stuff for oil plug off and everything in as little as 30 minutes. Definitely going to be coming back for all future tune-ups and everything else

I cannot say enough kind words about University Tire & Service Center!! I got my first ever flat on my first car 1 day into leasing it amidst a global pandemic. So needless to say I was overwhelmed. Not only did the staff listen to my concerns they listened and gave me all of my options. I feel awful I can’t remember her name but there was 1 person in particular who really stepped up to support me. They were able to fix my flat and had me back on the road in no time.
