Great experience! Car broke down late one night, needed a lot of work done. They were thorough, clear, and upfront with all repairs. All completed in a timely manner with regular updates and flexible dropoff/pickup times. Took it back later for checkup once I got it back with a few more miles on the new parts, they looked it over for free to make sure the job was good to go and even did some extra work pro-bono to ensure my satisfaction. I really appreciate the work done and the quality service.

I’ve been taking our post-warranty vehicles to University Tire for repairs, service, and larger work like a hybrid battery replacement for the last few years. I’ve found them to be reasonably priced, honest, transparent, and willing to address any issues in the few cases that I wasn’t completely satisfied with the initial work. Compared to my expert with dealership service after warranty, it’s a better experience by miles.
