Went in for tire checkup and repair on 8/13. It was a tricky case that other tire shops just could not figure out. These guys finally figured it out--it was a cracked wheel that needed a replacement. Service was quick within 20 mins and each rep and mechanic was highly professional and friendly. I also liked their online estimate and approval system. Eryck was highly effective in communication by telephone call, voicemail followed by text message. Last but not least, this is one of the best looking auto service facilities I've ever been to. Clean, uncluttered, and organized. I'm definitely going back if I ever need more services in the future.
