Just last week the catalytic converter of the car was stolen and had to be replaced. They handled everything much more quickly than I expected and managed all the details with my insurance company. I worked with John on repairing a loose fender and a dented side panel on my car. Although the work took longer than expected, the car looks brand new and everything mechanically is working better than normal. They are always easy to contact and are honest with you during the process.
